Helps me relax and sleep better
I’ve had a great experience with this magnesium glycinate. One of the main reasons I bought it was to help me wind down at night, and it definitely delivers. It makes me feel calm and a little drowsy in a good way, which helps me fall asleep easier. I also like that it’s gentle on my stomach compared to other supplements I’ve tried. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my nighttime routine and I would buy it again.

Amazing
Ive bought these twice! Love them! They work well. Take at night and they make me sleepy. I sleep so well. After going hard at the gym, taking these at night helps my muscles the next day. 10/10 recommend

Easy to swallow capsule
I was looking for an easy to swallow magnesium and this is it. It also works well to open the capsules in a smoothie. I have no problem swallowing pills but the Amazon brand magnesium was the largest pill I’ve ever seen.

Sleep support
These are fantastic for sleep support. I have taken other forms of magnesium before but maybe not magnesium glycinate because I never felt sleepy after taking other forms. With this one, I take two pills about 30 minutes before bed along with a 2mg timed release melatonin tablet from Source Naturals and a few 1mg melatonin lozenges from Source Naturals and I'm out like a light in about 30-40 minutes. I also got some Serta pillows on here recently and my sleep game has changed tremendously with all of these things lol. I owe most of that to the magnesium and new pillows. You need magnesium for so many bodily functions and not just sleep so don't hesitate to invest in this, whether it's Now brand or another product. I got the smaller bottle of this just to try it out and I'm hoping there's a larger bottle available. I'm definitely keeping this in my stack!

Great Supplement!
This is a terrific supplement and brand. The capsules are easy to swallow with no odor or aftertaste. I usually have a hard time with all magnesium supplements, so I take this right before bed and haven’t noticed any issues. I would recommend it!
