Great product. Easy to assemble in a couple minutes. Light and foldable. Rides great and app makes it very efficient. Fun and practical

Upon receiving this product, it was immediately making an extremely loud and irritating ringing noise whenever riding. I contacted support and all they did was send a seemingly AI-generated troubleshooting process that has nothing to do with the issue. In addition: The battery life is well below what is posted. The locking mechanism for the scooter is poorly designed and will not conveniently unlock after many attempts. the app continuously asks me to view the tutorial even after repeatedly completing it the Bluetooth range is abysmal and barely reaches a couple feet beyond the scooter. The scooter itself rides decently well, but the many shortcomings prevent me from ever recommending it to anyone.

Great way to get around. I use this scooter as my daily commuter. Quick and comfortable.

Purchase the scooter about 7 months ago. On average. I use it about three times a week to go to the office. 5 mi each way. So quite a lot of riding. Generally the scooter is pretty good. Comfortable, accelerates well, good brakes, looks good and has decent shock. Absorbers. Biggest problem is starting to be battery life. I used to be able to go to and from the office on a single charge and now I'm finding that about half a mile from my house on their way back. It runs out of battery and that's despite the display saying that I have two bars out of five left. So definitely not the best battery life that I've seen. The other issue is the mobile app which on Android frankly is just not very good. On the one hand, when you lock the scooter using the app through Bluetooth, what I found is that sometimes the rear light stays on which completely can drain the battery if you're not careful. On the other hand, the Bluetooth connection doesn't seem to hold between my phone and the scooter. I'm on a pixel 8. So a high-end Android phone. Whenever I try and do a firmware update the Bluetooth disconnects and it gives me an error saying that there's no connection. So these guys have definitely not put enough time and effort into the mobile application. That's pretty typical and I see this when manufactures all the time, especially on Android. If they could somehow improve the battery life and fix the mobile app, the ladder of which is pretty simple, this could easily be a 5 out of five. But given those issues I can't give it more than a three. Hope this helps

Excellent computing scooter, reliably travels 20ish miles on a full charge without resorting to e save mode. Only real complaint is the controls aren't very 'on the move' freindly

Terrible battery. Constantly Errors when going up hills. Completely slows down to crawl on flat ground when under 40% battery.

Build quality is good, with plenty of power for commuting around. Front suspension is good, but could use a rear shock in very bad roads. Would prefer a thumb throttle.

I used it for two weeks I bought it to do long distances and take advantage of the summer to make some money aside for my studies, it is solid really everything is perfect, the only problem is the battery it is announced for 40 miles but it only lasted 7 miles and it was already discharged so I return it...it's a shame because everything else is really good.

Very fast, convenient to fold. Very rare to be able to use the signals lights.

Don't buy! Set it all up and the thing will not charge how are you gonna send someone broken product.
