Delivered late July,2025. Only used several times and it now shows charged but dead as a door knob

This is a fantastic product that I’ve integrated into my daily routine. It is incredibly versatile; I use it on all parts of my body, but it’s especially effective on my feet. It has become my go-to recovery tool after a long walk or a few intense sets on the tennis court. ​Beyond just the feet, it works wonders on my neck and legs as well. The vibration really helps soothe muscle tension across the board. ​One important tip: Make sure you always use the original charging cable that comes with the device. Using off-brand cables can potentially damage the motor, so stick to the original to keep it running smoothly. ​It’s a great tool to have on hand for recovery and relaxation. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Really nice for a painful neck.

Product is really well made. However in the description it claimed to come with a "LifeTime Warranty" - I followed instructions included with the roller. Uploaded my receipt. Got a flash message claiming it was received. I never got a confirmation that it was received in my email. Tried to navigate their so called website, but it kept telling me to fill in my information and upload my receipt. It became exhausting. Just trying to make sure everything was correct. I decided if I couldn't find a link or an email address to their Customer Service at this point, I would really be out of luck if I needed to have help. Not worth the risk. I will continue to look for a similar item without the stress of simply trying to register and have proof of warranty. This was an awful experience would never recommend an item from this company.
