Highly recommended
Helped with keeping the area clean post surgery. Also helped with healing and swelling.

Miraculous.
I was highly sceptical despite the great reviews here and on forum. I was all ready for it to be a waste of cash. I was wrong, this is almost miraculous. Started using yesterday, 10 days post delivery involving an episiotomy. It was definitely on the mend but still felt uncomfortable/painful at times including sometimes super short accute pain in the stitches. Instant relief is how I would describe the effect, sprayed in the pad and directly on the "bits". No more accute pain, no more paracetamol, my mind is blown away. Definitely worth 20 quids!! Smell wise I don't mind it at all, but also considering where it's going, I wouldn't have cared!

Lovely smoothing and refreshing
I was so happy to have this product with me in the hospital post birth. It makes you feel fresh, it’s incredibly soothing and smells lovely. It was my first baby and I am so glad I listened to all the advice to buy this. It’s a bit pricey but if you’re going to do one nice thing for yourself this is the one to do.

Must have for expectant mamas
LOVE this product, much better than Frida foam version. I bought it when I gave birth to both my babies

Cool and calming, nice scent
I liked using this. The scent was nice and fresh which gave me a bit more confidence in the first few days after birth. It gave a nice cooling effect and didn’t sting or hurt to spray on at all. I didn’t end up using it all before my stitches filled healed and given the quite expensive price, I think it would be good if there was a smaller bottle available to buy.

Heard good things
Never got to use this but was pretty well priced and passed it onto another expecting mother. Heard it is amazing for helping heal after pregnancy

Best investment for postpartum healing
One of the best investments I made for my postpartum healing! I was tempted to make my own but I’m so glad I invested in this. It didn’t provide pain relief as such but it did provide relief in the discomfort after my episiotomy. Best kept in the fridge, it helped with swelling & the smell made me feel a lot more “fresh”. Every time I went to the toilet for about 4 weeks I cleaned myself with a spare sports cap water bottle, dried the area, put on a new pad and sprayed this on the bad and on my stitches. The bottle is designed well so it can be sprayed upside down. It’s even better kept in the fridge for more relief. I bought myself some salts too but wish I got the midwife expert salts. A shallow hot bath for 5 mins after a week, helped kept infection down & again helped me kept fresh!

Best product I used post birth
After having an episiotomy with my first baby I used this. I had it packed in my hospital bag ready after seeing positive reviews. Initially I was cautious of spraying it directly on the stitches so put it on my maternity pads. It was definitely cooling and felt really nice. Around 3 days after the baby the pain got worse and I was concerned that I was getting an infection. I started spraying directly onto the stitches and by the next day all early signs of infection was gone and pain was much better. I used a lot of this and still have around 1/3 of the bottle left. I’m sure that this product sped up the healing and prevented an infection (I haven’t had a delivery without it so can’t compare). Would recommend it to anyone who is having a baby.
