BOSHIRO 80" LED Electric Fireplace TV Stand with Mantel for Living Room

I love this!! We will need to get a dedicated circuit for it I as it has popped the circuit breaker but - totally worth it - we just have too many things on the circuit that this outlet is attached to. I love the lights - the photos look very bright dark blue but they are not at all very soft actually with a few choices in color and modes The heat output is awesome you can set it to the temp you want like 72 or 76 not a low med high deal which is great! The fireplace flame is nice with 4 brightness flame height options high med low and off it is VERY quiet!!! This thing is also very sturdy - it's not going anywhere! It was easy to assemble and had extra screws and such - we did put a spot of glue on the wooden dowels I think organization before build made a HUGE difference I put all the shelves in sections 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30- then I opened all the screws/parts and put in paper cups I marked the front and back of cups with part letter in big bold print then put the I think 11 cups in a small shirt box - as I finished with one section I'd put whatever cups I used back into the short box. This made it super simple for me or my hubs to find whatever part the builder of a section needed (we took turns) This fireplace is perfect and I would recommend even with the shipping charge added in. They offer 3 sizes so you can get the size you need/want We went wider than our current fireplace because I wanted the bigger "fire box" (heater) Not sure we had to but I love it! In spite of issues with AMAZON which I will detail later the sellers CUSTOMER SERVICE was AWESOME to deal with - If you want to know what happened - read on - otherwise you can stop my review of product and service is complete, with "Yes I would recommend, product and seller" offered to fix the problem I had with AMAZON over shipping - but I didn't think it was fair for them to take the hit so I declined however I need to rant about AMAZONs handling of my situation. I was upset that Amazon lied to me about shipping - honestly I really wanted free shipping so I called Amazon to ask if that was possible - I was CLEARLY told after I received the product I could call back and ask for a refund on shipping - he made it sound common. He also knew what the product was and that the shipping fee was from seller, we were totally on the same page. I forgot to screen shoot the conversation so I called back and AGAIN was reassured I could get a refund on shipping and that the previous conversation was indeed recorded all I had to do was call back after receipt of product to receive a refund on shipping, and yes he knew it was a sellers fee. So I ordered it and did what he said to do - what a joke I was told that was not possible since it was not shipped by Amazon - I used honey (you get more bees with honey)to keep asking in different ways - she looked AND AGREED that I had been told twice that I could get a refund but she was sorry "they were incorrect" and they will "do better training" now I admit I argued at this point - asked for supervisor was told she was a supervisor and that she couldn't help me more than to instigate a complaint with the seller and ask them to refund it! The nerve! It was not the sellers problem that Amazon "needed to train the employees" it was not my job nor the sellers job to do that! She kept asking if she had settled all my questions and I kept saying no and that she needed to transfer me - she claimed to have no way of doing that but I could call back and ask for a different supervisor but that they would say the same thing. She finally ended with something "like I'm glad I could assist you in finding a resolution ..." and hung up. My blood pressure wasn't worth this. I ALWAYS try to give sales ppl n customer service ppl - actually everyone - with kindness - even if slighted - thinking they must have had a rough day -or at least they took it out on me instead of family - I hate that I was treated this way by AMAZON and when the day comes along to join a class action I will run to complain with my proof lol .... So the seller did contact me apologizing and offering a partial refund on shipping or to discuss it further - lovely message - I appreciate that but declined since it wasn't coming from Amazon. No resolution with Amazon yet and I've dropped my prime - I do not order regular products from them. I am however part of vine program in which I get products for honest reviews - I'm still part of that lol at least for now I am. Target offers many of the things I can get at Amazon and with my charge card I get free shipping if not in store or free fast curbside delivery - don't need Amazon.

I’m honestly so happy with this fireplace! It only took about 2 hours to build, and the process was pretty straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything fit together really well. The final look is super clean, elegant, and cozy — it completely upgraded my living room. It gives that warm, modern vibe even when it’s off, and when it’s on, it makes the space feel so inviting. For the price and the time it took to assemble, I would definitely say it’s 100% worth it. 🔥 Easy to assemble 🔥 Beautiful design 🔥 Instantly elevates the space Highly recommend if you want a quick home upgrade without too much effort!

UPDATE 09-05-26: Well, originally, I was very happy with my purchase. I use this as mostly for holiday pleasure, however, recently having a cold spurt, I felt like having a cozy evening with my faux fireplace. I used it about 5 times previously, and when I turned it on I noticed something is wrong with the fire lighting and it's dim and cuts in and out. I inspected the back to see if there were any wire issues, etc. And nothing seems out if place. Its been perfectly taken care of and looks beautiful against the wall with my decor, but im extremely disappointed that the main function I wanted out of it lasted about 5 uses. I'm totally bummed. I might look for just the heating and light part to replace it, but I shouldn't have to with how new it basically use with minimal use. Maybe the seller will replace it though, im going to try that route and I'll provide another update. Overall, I'm happy I bought it, but there are a couple things you should know. 1. There's a LOT of parts to assemble, but it's very easy to do so once you get into it. 2. It's heavy and sturdy, and doesn’t feel cheap as if it would fall apart ever. 3. From a few feet back, it looks beautiful. From up close, the corners of mine do not meet up seamlessly and had a gap. I tried making some adjustments to the screws and positions of the boards but - as seen in the attached photo - this is the best I could get it to line up. I'm not happy about it, but I'm still not mad that I bought it either. Just something to know if that's a make or break for your decision to purchase. 4. When shipped, it will arrive in two different packages. The seller was great about providing me updates and tracking numbers for both shipments in a timely and friendly manner which made me feel secure. Both packages arrived within a week. 5. The mock fire lighting has 3 different brightnesses which I like and the heater workers great. I actually install the LED lights, so I can't comment on that.

So far so good. The electric fireplace heater is doing its work and the Mantel also is providing the esthetics of beautifying the living room which doesn't have a fireplace.

I bought the Boshiro 72” LED Lights Electric Fireplace Entertainment Center, a year ago January. I wanted to use it a while before writing this review. My 55” tv fits perfectly on it. The side shelves offer a lot of storage. This fireplace puts out a lot of heat. The electric insert didn’t work but the shipper sent me another one immediately. It has a multi color led light strip for inside the shelves area. Would definitely recommend!!

Best seller on Amazon. After about 11 months I had an issue with my fireplace. I contacted the seller and they were absolutely wonderful. They addressed my issue right away and I am enjoying my beautiful fireplace! It This seller has the best customer service and customer support I've ever encountered. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is a really nice fireplace and especially for the price. I feel it is every bit as nice as a $400+ fireplace. It does take some time to put it together. I had a neighbor put it together for me and I gave him 40 bucks. The heater works great it heats up my apartment I don't even need to use my own central heat. I put my brass fireplace screen in front of it, Some gold accent pieces because I love gold. I set my lion next to it and all of my neighbors tell me it looks like I have a luxury apartment. That sure made me feel good! For under $200 you're not gonna find a fireplace that looks this good. Buy it immediately.

Here’s the deal jack, the thing isn’t bad at all, it came way after than expected no damage what so ever, I’m gonna get real tho, the build was extremely easy probably the easiest build I’ve ever deal with BUT screws strip very easy material isn’t the greatest, it is sturdy it will serve its purpose but for the money you could get one way stronger and avoid the expensive shipping! The heat works good the color is vibrant the flame is realistic which is nice and the neon is a nice touch. I got the 80 inch one and ascetically it’s very pleasing… I don’t have much bad to say if anything at all, the only thing I could find to complain about (yes FIND to complain about) cause there isn’t much is the quality of the material… very pleased!
