It has been 10 years since I purchased a baby monitor, and so I expected a great deal of improvement, but this product surpassed my expectations. First of all, it arrived beautifully and well packed. I was especially pleased to see that it included not only the two power cords, but also the two power adapter blocks. So many products these days come with the cord but no plug. That was a small thing, but a real indication of the thoughtfulness and quality. Also, I didn’t need them, but the box contains a bracket for wall, mounting the camera and includes the screws necessary for the wall mounting. Very thoughtful and thorough. There was almost no set up. I plugged the adorable cat ear camera in, and it immediately activated. I next plugged in the handheld monitor device. It powered on quickly and was very easy to navigate. The color changing ear lights are a little much for my needs, but I can absolutely see certain toddlers being very by their friendly cat ear nightlight. The quality of the image on the handheld monitor was excellent. The ability to rotate the camera up and down, and all around is phenomenal. There was no noise from the device as a rotated. The intercom saved to work excellently. I noticed a slight delay, but I am not sure if it was the device or operator error. The cell phone app was easy to install and easy to set up. It immediately notified me of a software upgrade for the devices. That is fantastic. I am glad to know that the software Is being updated and improved. Although I couldn’t see anything that needed to be improved. All in all, this little baby monitor camera is far more than I expected, and I am thoroughly pleased. Do not hesitate. This is an excellent choice.

Cute, kids love it, and it has great video quality! I really like this monitor. The parent unit has a nice, large screen, and the quality is incredible compared to my old baby monitor camera! The sound is good, the settings are customizable, though not super clear what they do sometimes, but a few minutes trying them out and seeing what changes is easy to do. The kids love the light up ears (optional light), plus you can choose any color you could ever want. It's cute, it's functional, and I like that the screen has the eco mode where the screen goes dark, but will turn on based on the level of sound detected (according to the settings you put). It even has the temperature of the room and the humidity level, which is cool. I haven't had any connection issues. I didn't try the wifi capability, but even without it it's an awesome camera. Even cooler that it can be used with wifi to view on your phone if you're not home or something.

Edit: Updating my review to one star. I have been emailing the manufacturer for over a month. They told me to send a video of the problem, which I did (monitor has never turned on). After that, I never heard back. Every time I email, I get an auto reply message. So far, “Sofia Osborne” based out of China has: been on vacation, been on annual leave, been out of the office, celebrating Chinese new year, etc. Amazon was nice enough to issue me a return code so I can return this garbage. The camera itself and app work really well and are easy to use. However, the baby monitor did not work and wouldn’t turn on, so I can’t use that and have to use my phone app to monitor if I’m in a different part of the house. It would have been too inconvenient for me to disconnect, repackage, and go to a return place (as I am postpartum), so I ended up keeping it.

This thing just works. Unlike other wifi based monitors that connect to the "cloud" this one has NEVER gone down. The app, isn't fancy, but it does the essentials. Most importantly, multiple users can be given access to the account, and not just use all the same login info. That's a huge plus. The camera is decent (probably as good as/if not better) than competitors. It's motorized so you can pan the room, which is handy. I've had my wife accidentally fall asleep with the baby, and I can pan to the chair and see her there so I can know if I should go get her out of there or not. It also features an SD card slot for 24/7 recording (if you really want to keep track of the weird things you kid does). There are built in songs and you can broadcast your audio through it too. The handheld monitor is MOSTLY perfect. It's USB-C (nice!) and the thing has a MASSIVE battery. Between settings for screen turning off with no motion / sound and the battery itself, I've had this thing sitting off of the charger for maybe 12+ hours? I've also never had signal strength issues with this before either. I have a large 3000 sqft two story house and it's never disconnected or come across as low quality. My only complaints about the device itself is that the lowest volume is LOUD. I fixed that by slapping a piece of masking tape over the speaker on the back. It helped considerably. Also, it would have been nice to see a sound meter to see how loud your baby actually is being when the audio is muted. Otherwise, it just shows a symbol that it is detecting sound. But despite those issues, the fact that this thing just works, and works at a fraction of the cost of the big named brands and I have yet to have a single issue with it, I HIGHLY recommend this over any other wifi system you may be considering.

The video quality is why we chose this baby monitor. It was easy to set up and had great connection. The only downside is that I was turning it on and broke the button. It still worked because it was on but when the battery died, I plugged it in to charge, and it was off. Due to the on button breaking it no longer could be turned on. I attempted to find a monitor only to replace but cannot. We enjoy the monitor and want to continue to use it. The app works for daytime use but I would have to leave my phone on, with the app open all night for the camera to be useful.

This baby monitor and camera is great and so easy to use once you get the hang of it! It connected to my internet, phone, and the monitor itself so easily. It only took 5 minutes max for the entire process! It's easy to find and change the setting on my phone, the monitor is a little more challenging but not too difficult if you follow the instructions. The sounds and movement sensitivity is great too. The quality is so much better on my phone, you can see my baby's detailed little face so perfectly. The monitors picture isn't too bad either! The camera picks up every little sound that happens in your room, and it can even pick up other sounds from nearby rooms if it is quiet enough. It has some pretty neat perks, like the lights and quality of making calls through it. You can talk through the baby monitor or phone to the camera, or vice versa. It's light up function is pretty neat too, but also very bright in a dark room. For those who may not like having a lot of apps on your phone just beware you will need to download one, should you want to see things from you phone. Which I like to check in from work so it's convenient for me. The app and everything works well too. I got this cool camera and monitor on sale, but I would honestly purchase it for full price too. 10/10 recommend.

The video camera and app work great. The swivel function is great and the camera seems quite durable (my daughter has pulled it off the table multiple times). The app is great as well and the video quality is very good, both in the day and night. Unfortunately, the standalone monitor stopped working after 5 months and no longer turns on.
