Came selead i havent noticed any changes, but i can feel irritation on my stomach. Be sure to eat well before taking it.. might burn. I will update this if i noticed any improvement. So far 2 weeks taking the pills

As part of an ongoing fitness and health routine, I wanted to incorporate Creatine. As this comes in capsule form, it is much more convenient than mixing creatine into smoothies or water. Because of the volume needed, the capsules are a bit larger than a "regular" capsule, but they are smooth so taking with water is no problem. No stomach upset for me, so all is good.

Very easy too load up , and measurements are exact, this is what I wanted, keeps me more focused in what I'm doing.

Oversized capsules if you ask me, I thought it would be 1 a day but it’s 5 capsules per day and they’re too big for what they are. If you’re fine with that it’s a solid product but I would have preferred smaller capsule(s). The creatine itself seems to be good quality though so no complaints if you’re after creatine in capsules and don’t mind swallowing big ones.
