This tankless water heater offers excellent quality at an exceptional price. Installation was simple, and it has performed flawlessly from day one. What stands out most is the noticeable reduction in my electricity bill since switching to this system. In just two years, it has more than paid for itself. I took a chance moving from a traditional water heater to a tankless model, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.

This tankless water heater has been a great upgrade!! It saves so much space compared to my old one. I’m already noticing the benefits of having instant hot water on demand. Installation was straightforward, the controls are easy to use, and I love the LED display. It feels efficient and modern, and I’m hopeful it will also save on energy costs over time 🙏🏼 Honestly, I wish I had switched to a tankless system sooner. If you’re considering one, this is a fantastic option - both in quality and price!

Seems like a good unit but I have to reduce water flow to get hot water. The alternative is to crank up the temperature to a very high setting, risking the possibility of burns to the skin. I cannot do that because this will be a rental risking liability.

This water heater has been good. I can run a bath and shower at the same time. I have noticed an increase in my electric bill since installing versus my old tankless water heater so be mindful of this. I have had this heater less than a year and have had to contact company for replacement parts, this has taken almost 2 weeks. The contact only responds at night so I only get 1 response a day this took about 3 days to troubleshoot and about 9 days to receive parts. Had to order another part for this water heater, this time it took almost a moth to get the part, after getting the part found out I need another, so now we will be without hot water most likely another 3 weeks. Im done with it I can not recommend this for the parts available.

Very happy with this unit. I have another heater which the temp is controlled only by the flow rate which I adjust. I have a pump and pressure tank system and having a shower the temp would vary quite a lot. I installed this unit and am quite pleased. It can't be perfect I understand but it compensates very quickly to flow rates at about plus or minus 1 degree. Installation requires a good knowledge of electrical and plumbing and of course the equipment. All in all great unit.

We installed the 27KW water heater in a 3 season cottage. It required a significant upgrade to the electricity load in the house. Minimum 200 amp. It draws 115 amps when operating at maximum. It provides all the hot water you want in a 4 bed 2 bath house. We also have an outdoor shower. There can be as many as 8 people in the house at a given time as a seasonal rental. No complaints about the hot water this year. We had installed a smaller unit in an apartment elsewhere and it was an 11kw system. Not enough to fill a tub. Shower was fine. May need to upgrade that one. We are on Prince Edward Island and this unit should work fine year round with our well. I was warned by our electrician that the electric bill might be high. We have been monitoring that and it is fine and within what we would expect. Very happy with the unit. Our property rents from time to time and we can set the water temperature so nobody gets scalded by the hot water. Very handy. Recommended.

Great product. Very easy to install and works very well. For the price, this is a very competitive product and highly recommended.

Bought the 27kw unit for whole house. It replaced a 40gallon tank. It does take 3x40amp double breakers to work so make sure your breaker box has the free space. You need at least a 200amp main breaker. Installed three 8awgx2 cables. Also drilled an extra hole at bottom of the heater box to fit the third cable as this box only had two inputs for the cables. All in all works very well. You do need to get a maintenance kit to do a yearly vineager flush to wash out scale and such. Hope this unit outlasts a tank. Don't know as of yet if there are energy savings as just installed. From what I experienced so far I would buy again. Get and install the bypass valves while installing so that flushing the system is easy peasy;)
