Todo lo que se describe en el producto es lo que se recibió, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd, Office 2021, pantalla táctil. Solo hay que denegar la inscripción a Office 360 toda vez que te lo solicita. Excelente compra para mis necesidades a un excelente precio.

I ordered this HP because there had been a crash in Windows 10/11. The installation was done quickly, except that I had to upgrade a little. But that happens with all the new computers. And I found that I made a very good purchase because I can now perform many new and great technical operations that used to take more time. I only use this laptop for the household, but it will work great in any industry. I advise everyone to buy this laptop with Microsoft Office 2024 because it is better than Office 365. this HP

I love my laptop. That said, I hate paying for a product over and over again. Do away with online Microsoft Office. You have no complete control over the things . If they say we’re not spying, they are lying. For a company who wants to control their people that’s fine. But for me, I just want to write I don’t want nor need to keep giving my ideas away.

I am having problem on my laptop with Microsoft. the word is not working the outlook is working. when I bout the laptop it was Free Office 2024 window 11 but now it is not working. unfortunately, I cannot return it to amazon. A:- this is about word that I can't use. even though my laptop was Free Office Window. Microsoft Word fontinue in Your software cannot be activated because the Product key used to install the software is not valid. Please uninstall the software and then reinstall it using a valid Product Key, If you believe that you are getting this message in error, click Back and choose the telephone option The telephone activation option will provide you the opportunity to speak with a support representative about all activation by issues. THIS HP Laptop isn't bad the battery is extremely poor laptop can't stay charge for no more than 45 minutes if you get that much while using it . I Charged the laptop fully turned it off went back to the laptop 3 days later turned it on and it had 1 battery bar life left on it was shocked can't understand what's killing the battery even when the laptop is turned off shut down battery is still draining very disappointed and unsatisfied with this
