The wood blanks measure 1.625" Wide x 2.75" Tall x 12" Long Overall.  
These do have one side tapered, which makes the actual dimensions: .75" to 2.75" Tall x 1.625" Wide x 12" Long.

Is there other supplies you need to actually complete these kits and race them besides what's included in the kit? If so what supplies would I need?

You need a way to lunch or start the cars.  We sell them on our website (absupplies) or there's even a few YouTube videos of how to make a homemade one.  While I can only recommend you get a professionally made unit for safety reasons (not to mention having competition style races), I have seen homemade launchers launch cars and bring enjoyment too.  
  But yes these are dragsters that you shape, design, paint, and then launch them using Co2 Cartridges.

when would this item arrive by?

It's typically 2-4 days depending on your location.  However, since Covid, we have had very inconsistent delivery times.  I think you would have it within 5 business days, but I really can't promise a specific time frame right now.
      For example, we recently shipped an item that took 12 days for the customer to get it.  I tracked it and saw that it took 3 days to get it to a town that was close to the customer and then it sat in a warehouse for 8 days before being delivered.  That was the most extreme case we've seen so far, and I believe 5 days or fewer will most likely be the case, but I don't want to mislead you either.
