Absolutely Horrible – Received a Used, Broken Filter!
This is by far the WORST experience I've had with any aquarium product. I ordered a brand new water filter for my fish tank, but what I received was a used, filthy, non-functional filter in pathetic condition. It was covered in grime and clearly not new – completely unacceptable! To make matters worse, the filter doesn't even work. No water circulation, no noise, nothing. It's just a dead piece of junk. Not functional putting the lives of my fish at serious risk. If even one fish dies, I will hold the seller/service provider completely responsible. This is negligence at its worst. Selling used and faulty equipment for aquariums is not just unprofessional, it's dangerous. Please think twice before ordering from this seller unless you want to risk the health of your aquatic pets. Not recommended at all. Zero stars if I could.

Best product key to all type of aquarium master piece
Best for any type of aquarium. Also I got a replacement after 5 months 18 day because they give the warranty of 6 months im glad i got it. So i had to give my review because of their honesty. In the pic both the filter are their the one which has to be returned and the replaced one which is inside the aquarium.

No refill sponge available, Needs to be Changed after 6 months.
Product is good. No doubt, but after 6 to 7 months, sponge needs to be change, and the problem is you can't find the refil sponge of this size. What to do I don't know? I try to contact on WhatsApp Coustomer Service, they didn't help.

Don't fall for this product. Go for a reliable hang on back or sponge filter
Cannot recommend it. They sponsor this item on Amazon and I fell for it, but I don't like it. Most importantly, the filtration capacity is too less for the space it occupies! Even if you change the included sponge the surface area isn't great. Customisation is limited. The surface agitation is too much for smaller tanks. Good things:- - Gets the job done. Atleast I could cycle my tank and keep fish without any casualties for the first 2 months. - Easy to clean - Noise levels are tolerable - Has not broken down, considering its a Chinese product.
