I am a lover of historical programming and books, and I am so sad the end of this series has come. I have throughly enjoyed this from begin to end but I realize that so many family members are still living and it ceases to be historical at this point. I believe if you are young and just beginning to see the big world, you will enjoy this immensely as well as learn a lot of history.

Hard to evaluate this season. One may watch it just to finish the series. It is well done, but does one really want to keep going over Diana and her demise? Cast, as usual, composed of talented Brits. Some "supernaturalness." The conclusion is somewhat of a surprise but does honor a woman I have admired most of my life (I am 76): the one and only Queen.

No quality problems on the Blu-ray discs. Contents are outstanding: a LOT of psychology going on here... Caveat: the "typical" Sony menus have been and continue to be annoying. Mostly because when making some selections while playing (pause, FF, etc.) , the "progress info" bar covers up the SDH subtitles.

Good I think...it's a gift...have never been disappointed with previous purchases.

The third disc of this Season 6 is defective and will not play back any of the episodes in this disc. Very disappointed.I bought a second brand new DVD of this season and the same thing on disk 3 being unplayable as just taken out of the package on 10/23/24.

Great acting, interesting script. Great finale to series.
