So, the last few days my entire right side of my back became IMPOSSIBLE to move and nothing would help. I ordered this ASAP because it was becoming unbearable and it immediately helped me. The instructions were clear and it comes with a car plug-in and a home plug-in. The heat and deep message felt amazing and I instantly felt relief as I sat there with it against my back for a solid 10 minutes. My back doesn’t feel as tense anymore and I can freely move it without any pain. The heat will either auto turn off after 15 minutes or you can press the button again to do so. The deep message will automatically change direction so it’s just not one continuous movement. Again, you can change the direction with the button and you can speed it up or slow it down. This definitely is worth it overall and I wish I got this sooner!!

I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money. And NOW...The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was "$231.36 for Xpresspost International"- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int'l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it's NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you're looking to purchase this!

I dont usually write a review but i think this massage machine deserves a five stars. If you have back pain after a long day at work, you need to try this machine. It costs only 26 bucks but it works as good as any expensive massage maachines. You can move it up and down on your back and target the pain locations. I can even put my feet on it nd get a foot massage. I never know my back hurt so bad until i use it. It really helps with my back pain. Again, it is five stars and i am a ligit customer.

This massager is really nice! I am 7 months and it relieves a lot of end of the day (and let’s be honest- around the clock) lower back pain. The heat feels so good and the kneading is perfect. The only thing that would make it 5 stars in my opinion would be a battery only option that doesn’t need a plug when you’re not near one and if the massage/ kneading element had more variations. It does has levels of massage intensity, which is great though!! Highly recommend if you suffer from any type of back pain or are pregnant!!!
