No realized benefits
Not sure if 30 days is enough to honestly evaluate but I didn't notice any changes that I can report. I can state that I did not experience any negative effects. I like the idea of a supplement targeting areas to slow aging but the price point is not something at this time I can justify continued usage. As with all supplements - people do your research. NAD's in general are still being understood with no major human studies completed. I did some research and found that some research links excessive intake of NAD precursors nicotinamide and niacin to Parkinson’s disease and diabetes so do not exceed the recommended dosage on container. This coupled with the price of the product is enough to keep me on the sideline.
