easy to use, pop in freezer for a couple of hours then ready for use, luckily I don't have first hand experience so just what the user told me, if needed you can freeze the second one while using the other so should be able to use round the clock depending on your severity. good price, they gave relief while cold , and with care should be usable for a long time

Have bought these several times for my mum to use on rotation after her haemorrhoid operation wasn't a success and she suffered discomfort daily. Easy to use, comfortable and discreet. As these were used daily, freezing, cooling down, warming to body temperature, being washed in hot water, they do eventually rupture. But this was after several months.

These are impossible to use, cools quickly but gets warm very quickly and the worst thing?? It has a scratchy plastic rim all the way around, if your bot is already feeling sore then you’re not going to want this anywhere near it (even wrapped in a soft cloth). Has very minimal effect and not good for anything else I can think of. I’ve ditched these already, waste of money.

These would be so much better if the sides around the edges of the packs were smooth and not scratchy. Apart from that, they are very helpful.

The idea of these is great, however not the execution. The seams of the cooling pack are hard and sharp ( not what you want in that area) after they have been used a couple of times they burst (at the seams). After the first use, the dome shape collapsed and never reformed the original shape again. I am lucky if I got 2 uses out of each gel pack before it burst. Disappointed. If you want to use them once or twice then buy them, but easier to use frozen peas and throw them away for cheaper price.

These Haemorrhoid Cooling Gel Packs are amazing, they feel great, and finally, I can get relief instantly, and they work great. You get two, so keep one in the freezer, as you have the other one between your cheeks. Well worth the £11.99 as they should last a long time, as you can reuse them over and over again. Just wash and refreeze.
