Beautiful fresh flowers, I bought these for my wife while away with work.

The quality is very lacking in my order
My order came with broken rose stems browning on the tops of the roses and leaves and all the roses were wilting this may not be usual but I am not impressed these were part of a birthday gift and could not be given as in such a sorry state

Flowers almost dead can’t get refund
I ordered these flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday, they arrived 24 April 26, by yesterday, 26April 26, they were dying & roses didn’t open. All instructions for care were followed. I think part of the problem was that they were dispatched Wednesday 22April26 & delivered 2 days later I’m trying to request a refund but it’s impossible to get to speak to someone, very dissatisfied AMAZON, PLEASE REFUND, I’ve tried using your customer service options but to no avail
