Great upgrade and super versatile
Absolutely love this coffee maker. I upgraded to it from a previous version and it’s been a great improvement. It brews both hot and iced coffee really well, and I like that it works for both K-Cups and a full pot. I use it every day and it’s very straightforward to operate. It’s also easy to clean and refill with water, which makes a big difference for daily use. Most cup sizes fit without any issues. Overall, a super convenient and reliable machine that looks nice and doesn't weigh too much. Would buy again.

Good Coffee Maker
Let me preface this review by saying that I've owned three Keurig Duo(s) over the past 4 years (now including this one). All were different versions of the Duo. There really isn't anything that sets this one apart for me other than the digital clock, which I could take or leave. Keurigs perform well until they don't. I can say they last slightly longer than other brands with comparable makes and perform solidly until they decide not to turn on again (usually without warning or signs of obvious signs of struggling leading up to it); they just randomly do not turn on one day. So far, in my experience, they've been lasting 1-1.5 years. The pros are that it consistently makes a good cup of coffee. I enjoy having the single-use side for morning coffee and work-from-home days, and I appreciate the option to make a pot to fill my travel mug when I am on the go. The option to make a strong or weak cup is also a good option, but I never go with the latter, so it's only ever used when I have guests. While you can use it to make iced coffee, I am not a fan, so I haven't really tried that out. In terms of performance, it's relatively quick, and I really like the fact that it doesn't take 20 minutes to brew a pot like the old-school coffee makers. As far as clogging and K-cups go, it handles frequent use like a champ - It hardly, if ever, clogs, and I haven't experienced any half-brewed coffee flowing out of the sides, or exploding cups. It is because the Keurig is so popular that if you need a spare part, there are plenty of options available, which is helpful if you want something extra to brew loose tea or coffee. Even if you have to replace a needle/motor or get a new carafe, there are options everywhere. Asthetically speaking, it's sleek, compact, but has a decent sized resevior, and fits/sits perfectly on top of my K-Cup drawer. It's black, so it blends with pretty much everything; the silver trim provides a decent offset. All in all, I really like Keurig. Hopefully, this one lasts longer.

Great upgrade
The Keurig K-Duo is a fantastic upgrade from previous models and has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. One of the standout improvements is the addition of new features like the iced coffee setting and the x-strong (x-hot) brew option, which really elevate the overall experience. The iced coffee feature actually works—it brews at the right strength so your drink doesn’t taste watered down, which is a big win. I also love the flexibility of being able to brew both single cups and full carafes depending on what I need. The machine feels more refined and user-friendly compared to older versions, and the controls are intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, Keurig did a great job listening to feedback and adding meaningful upgrades. If you’re considering an upgrade, the K-Duo is absolutely worth it.

MORE AND MORE, Continuous issues, only 30 days old, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!
I bought this on Jan 2 and have been using it for only 24 days. Today I continued to get a "add water" message (with a full tank) and "error 8" message followed by "dry". I cleaned the tank and re-filled several times and unplugged the machine to re-set it as online has indicated. I was finally able to get the machine to brew. Mind you this is a brand new machine and after 24 days has issues. I use filtered water so this should not be an issue. I have notified Keurig to see if there are solutions to fix these issues. I will keep this rating updated, but use caution when purchasing this machine. EDIT: So I have been able to get the coffee machine to work once again. After getting errors, I unplugged the machine for a period of time, flushed out the water tank, and plugged it back in with fresh water. I was able to get it to function normally for the past several days. I use the timer and it have brewed coffee without issue for a few days. The single use side is functioning normally. Don't know if unplugging it reset whatever chip is inside but it works for now. If it continues to function normally over the next few months I will change my star rating. For now, I am skeptical of long term use. 02/08/25 UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!! I experienced same issues as listed about. Tried to repeat the "fix" three times without success. Contacted Keurig, but I am not optimistic I will receive a full refund. Amazon also closed my ability for a return on 02/01/2025, so I now can ONLY DEAL WITH KEURIG. If I could give zero stars I would. 02/28/25 ANOTHER UPDATE: Was able to finally get Keurig to send me another machine on 02/16/25. On 02/28/25, I received the new machine. Unpacked and carefully followed the directions to the "T". Plugged in the machine as directed and it failed to turn on. Tried a different outlet, nothing. Tried another machine and it powered up without issues. Not an outlet problem. It was clearly a machine problem walked around the house trying the machine on various outlets, nothing. Called Keurig and they ran through troubleshooting, nothing. Machine DEAD ON ARRIVAL. They tried to tell me since this was a warranty replacement machine, it no longer was subject to warranty. EVEN THOUGH THIS MACHINE WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I was able maintain my composure and convince Keurig to send me another machine, which will be here in 7-14 days. Stay tuned folks! BTW way, my first machine still has the above issues and continues to periodically stop working, then work, then not work... I would love to have my money back, but Keuring rather spend more money on shipping and returns than refund my purchase price. Come on Keurig, you can do better. EDIT: 04/20/25, ANOTHER UPDATE. Since my last update on 02/28/25, I received a third replacement machine from Keurig to replace the dead one. Got #3 all set up on 03/03/25 and ready to go and it worked until 03/28/25, exactly 25 days, then I got the dreaded "add water" and "error 8" message. Called Keuring and asked for a refund, but they still refuse since I bought it from Amazon. Asked to get another comparable machine, which they didn't have in stock (UGH). Ordered #4 replacement. On April 3, 2025, #4 replacement machine arrived. Got #4 all set up and on 04/20/25, it stopped working like the others. This one only lasted 17 days. EDIT: Keurig has started ignoring my calls. I was referred to a "specialist" who told me I needed to send my #4 machine in first BEFORE I could get sent a replacement. As I did not want to send them my machine without a replacement first, they started ignoring my emails and are now refusing to correspond with me at all. #4 machine continues to brew 2 cups then shut off reporting it is dry when there is a full water tank. I will never purchase another Keurig product and you should seriously consider doing the same. Four unusable machines in 8 months is ridiculous!

Multi functional
This was a gift to my mother for Christmas. She seems to really enjoy it and what drew me towards this model were 2 things. First is that it has a standard coffee pot for the times that my mother would rather brew a pot instead of using a K-Cup. When her first Keurig broke she went back to using a standard pot instead of buying a new one. Standard pots still have their appeal so why not have both options in one unit? I'm glad they made it like this. The second reason is the ability to make iced coffee. I've never indulged in iced coffee myself but my mother is a daily coffee drinker and loves to tend to her flowers outside during the summer. I mean she really gets into the lawn stuff, she could've been a great landscaper designing lawns for real estate. She spends a lot of time outside during the summer and for hot days like that I can't imagine hot coffee would be very appealing. So, this way she can still have her coffee and do the things she loves outside. I've had a few cups of coffee from it when visiting and they always turn out great though I do want to mention that this unit won't accept the basic K Cup accessory when using your own coffee. It actually uses a newer type of plastic cup that has special indentations on the top of them that enable you to close the brewing lid down. If you try using a standard K Cup accessory they will fit into the machine but you won't be able to close the lid for brewing. I'll update the review if there's anything extra to add in down the road but for the time being it's been a little over 2 months and the unit seems to work great.

Good brewer but not great. Chemical/plastic taste is a bit of a letdown...
This coffee maker IMO is a 3.5 star unit, but I'll round up on my review. I wanted a drip brewer and still have the option for Keurig pods on occasion for other things like black tea. This unit looked like it would deliver on what I was looking for, though I have had a mixed ride with Keurig products, especially their newer offerings. First I'll list out the pros: 1. It does double duty and for me, that saves space on the counter. 2. It brews decent coffee. 3. The interface is straight forward. 4. It lasted more than a week which beats a couple prior Keurig's I've bought which is a plus. Cons: 1. I don't know if it's my pallette but I can taste a distinct chemical/plastic taste when brewing coffee and pods. I ran multiple tanks of water through the unit before using it on both drip and pods. I installed a carbon filter in the tank as well since it doesn't come with one. I resorted to running cleaner through the unit and white vinegar which solved the issue on the drip side, but I can still get a hint of the taste on the pod side. I noticed in the later generation Keurig's, this has been an issue for me. I have an older Keurig that has a water heating chamber, and I never had the issue with that unit. YMMV. 2. The scheduling for the next day could be better. I would say that using it non-auto brew is straight forward. Going through the scheduling every time you want auto-brew is a bit sub-optimal. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it could be better. 3. It doesn't exactly come across as high quality but it does the job. 4. I wish the water tank was a bit bigger so I could do 3-4 6 cup brews without refilling. 5. It didn't come with a carbon filter. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and hope it lasts more than a year. With time, I also hope the chemical/plastic taste subsides on the pod side of the brewer. For the price, I would buy it again if there isn't another option doing the same thing for within $50 of this unit. I will post an update if it stops functioning down the road. I have been using it daily for six weeks without any issues. Update January 2026: Still working fine.

Pefect combo for a quick cup of good coffee
If you are on the fence, it is worth it. Yes, some reviews say they fail and I only have it for a month. But, has been well worth it. We used to have one pot and one Keurig (old style) on the counter, this has the footprint of the old drip we had, which for us is perfect. And now we find ourselves using the single cup more than the drip. The 5 needles with the strong option makes a great cup if you like strong coffee. It is also 2x as fast as the old Keurig. We prefer to use our own coffee with the recyclable pods.

AMAZING PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! (What more could you ask for?)
Let me tell you about how AMAZING not only their products are but, also how AMAZING they are as a company! I bought my duo March 28, 2025. This past Saturday we woke up to our coffee pot no longer working && giving us an error code. My spouse && I done all sorts of trouble shooting for HOURS working on this coffee maker. I finally gave up! I was shocked because I had owned Keurig before && they ALWAYS held up. I caved && called customer service. They was SHOCKED to hear that this coffee pot was only a few months old! They tried to help me troubleshoot it as well. Just a few steps && they couldn’t get it either. The customer service guy sent me a link to send my proof of purchase && I had to wait for them to look it all over. Within 24 hours I was approved for my warranty && of course the next day was Sunday. It’s now TUESDAY && my coffee pot is here! I’ve never seen a name brand company ship a product so fast! THANK YOU KEURIG && THANK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS! They stand behind them 100%! I got this coffee pot when my k-cup coffee maker I had bought a year ago went out. (That’s a different story.) I got this specific maker because my spouse loves a pot every morning before before he goes to work && I like to use the single side occasionally for my drinks! I have SPOILED him with this Keurig && I absolutely BABY this coffee pot! He tells me all the time every cup is just as good as the very first. (If you keep it very clean && well maintained yours will do the same!) When this went out you would have thought he lost his best friend! Needless to say he was ecstatic when I told him the new coffee pot come in today! I will always buy Keurig from here on out! You couldn’t ask for a better product. (My was obviously a flunk. That happens occasionally with ANY product.) You also couldn’t ask for a better customer service!

Excelente

Multipoint for single serve
Perfect multipoint Kurig. Nice to have the option of full pot as well. Flavor is better as used more.
