Day 1. Used it for at least an hour on the setting of 6-7. Adjusting between my lower and upper abs.The next day I felt it. I will be doing this daily. The fact that I don't have to use any special gels, all I have to do is spritz it with water is an added plus.Month 1 done: I try to use it daily. It comes with 3 battery controls. I only use the ab belt. Using the arm wrap causes my fingers to spazz. Not productive while sitting at your desk at work. I normally start with the ab belt over my oblique and use a full battery charge. Once the battery is out I switch to the other side and repeat. Then I place it over my abs. Each day I swap between lower and upper abs on a 7 setting. This belt is amazing. I feel it. My abs are definitely firmer. Obliques are less soft and more defined. This was an awesome by. I may experience it around my chest if it will fit.

One the the batteries is broken. One of the arms straps is broken. And then multiple of the pads not work. Absolutely terrible. It's obvious this product is made very cheap and the owners don't care about quality. I've bought a few belts over the years and this is by far the worst I've owned. Temu even has better because they function.If you're going to push these products, at least care about the quality instead of sending out broken junk.

This stimulator is easy to use, comfortable, and very effective. The adjustable settings make it great for both workouts and recovery, and the portable design with long-lasting control units is super convenient. It’s reliable, powerful, and well worth it for easing muscle tension or boosting core strength. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Product itself works great, one controller was completely unchargeable and did not work out of the box. It makes me worried the other two will not last long.

Arms are not large enough, which I feel is a bit deceptive based upon the picture. They don’t fit my arms

Don't be like me and think after getting it, a recommended setting of 4??? It goes up to 19 cupcake!! Let's get some contractions in my lower back going tonight, this will be great!Set that thing for the first time, laid down. And turned it on. Oh. My. Lord.I had the dogs barking...I swear they were laughing...and the cats were hissing at me like I was a demon as I arched my back and lifted off the mattress. It took 3 tries before I ripped it off and regained my senses.The dogs were still laughing and now the cats had lined up like 3 witches watching a ritual from my bookcase.All in all 5/5 would try level 19 again.I get it now though...START at 4 and work your way up from there. It makes so very much sense now.19 is for like...fun.Seriously. It worked as I desired. More so. I have problems with the muscles in my back. Partially severed on my lower right side, this belt is helping me work those remaining muscles gradually, relieving me of pain caused by an occasionally shifting vertebrae.So this has been good stuff for me. 5/5.

I've been using the belt for a couple months now and love it. It is comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and does a great job of activating your entire core. The adjustability is great as well, since they have very small increments to fine tune the exact intensity you like. And the auto shutoff feature lets you set it and forget it.I also love that you can remove the control modules to charge. It makes it very easy to plug in without the large belt getting in the way. Very well thought out design overall. Would absolutely recommend.
