First, I’m not paid or sponsored. I just wanted to give MY opinion and experience. I’ve been using this since February 2026. After 3 days I noticed some small positive changes. My hair became less brittle. Also, my energy became more steady. My skin does feel a bit more bouncy as well. Mostly though, when I take this collagen I feel sturdier. I have small injuries often from abnormally stretchy ligaments and a lot of pain excessive wear-and-tear on my body, due to a lifetime of sports and just not taking care of myself or my recovery like I should have been doing. I take this 2x a day and feel like a human. If I don’t take it I feel dull and achy, then within about 10-20 mins of taking it, I feel strong again. I tried a few other collagen brands and some work, like basic collagen peptides, but the liquid Zena Nutrition one did nothing for me except make my hair and skin nice. I wanted to try it because it’s a bit less costly, but, my body felt like crap and I took multiple extra servings of it to chase the effects of how this one makes me feel. Also, I really have been able to lose and keep off a few pounds. I bounce between 152 and 146. I initially got down to 143 while I usually have to starve myself for that number and now my body naturally is at 144 and when I eat less the previous day i wake up at 141 lbs! I can eat more, but I don’t need to because this does really well at curbing my appetite and making me not so hungry. I crave sugar quite a bit less and I’ve struggled with sugar addiction my entire life. Additionally, it tastes great. I mix it with a flavored magnesium/ ashwaganda/ calm powder at night and I sleep like a baby, deep and pain free. Also, if you despise taking pills, which I do because I have a sensitive stomach, then this will make you look forward to taking it. It is expensive for my budget, but improved quality of life is a reasonable trade off.

This stuff works fast! I've been taking a different type of liquid collagen which tastes amazing but it's been too costly for the monthly membership. Was taking it the same way I'm taking this product... Mixed in with GLUTAMINE & CREATINE with BERBERINE pills, I have leaky gut too so I need something to help heal it not just control it. While with the other product it has taken a while to notice the difference? But it did helped., was taking it it for 3 months tbh. This stuff... I'm on week two same bottle and noticed the difference right away same mixture glutamine & creatine with BERBERINE pills mixed in with water on an empty stomach in the morning or at night ( I take it at night) my stomach has been healed faster no indigestion, gas, I'm not as hungry and noticed some dark spots fading on my face. Bonus! I can feel my clothes getting loose which is amazing I haven't weighed myself but the clothes don't lie. I still eat what I want but much less portions. Now this stuff mixed in with what I'm taking it with will make you go to bathroom A LOT! I was taking it twice a day and had to cut back to once a day. It does taste like peach candy and everything dissolves better with this product as it didn't with the other liquid collagen I was taking. I highly recommend this stuff I'm going to be buying more of it

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!! I have tried other collagen products and mixes that work over a period of time, but this worked for me instantly! I take 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 at night. My arthritic knees stopped hurting and I didn’t feel pain in my legs that very same day. I have not had a hot flash in 2 weeks and have more energy. I find myself not craving sweets as much and can eat smaller meals and feel full. I am still amazed how much this has changed my life within this short amount of time, especially being pre menopausal. Im feeling alive again!

I’m honestly impressed with this product after only 6 days of using it twice a day, morning and evening. I’m 55 years old, 5’5”, and 117 lbs, and one of my biggest struggles was bloating and occasional puffiness around my stomach area. Since starting this collagen, my stomach looks noticeably flatter and I have very little to no bloating now. Another huge difference for me has been my joint pain. I'm not kidding when I tell you that I've been adding this collagen to my protein shake for about two weeks and after biting my nails my whole life (I'm 56) I couldn't bite them if I wanted to. I took a chance with this particular product because I read that liquid collagen works and tastes better than powdered, and my hair has been thinning consistently for probably 10 years. I can't tell a difference in my hair yet but if it's half as effective as on my nails, I'm a lifer. The taste isn't too bad. There's a little aftertaste. But I mix it with strawberry, peach, mango and/or other fruity flavors to mask that. I'm always leary about purchasing supplements. I'm particular about taste and texture so yeah this was a $26 gamble. But it paid off. No one bribed me to write this review. Promise.

People talking about the bottle leaking all the time? They're using the cap to measure their TBSP. That's not the cap's purpose. When you put liquid in the cap, and then screw it back on, its GOING TO LEAK whatever is still in the cap through the sides. It's common sense. Before I started taking this, I was 5'6, and 158.3lbs... I have only used this for a day and a half, and I'm seeing results!! I am down 3 lbs already. I'm at 155.1 today! I use to be a skinny SKINNY girl (97 - 104lbs) with big breasts, until I started working from home, with a IUD inserted and sleep meds that don't help with burning weight. All I needed was something that could help kick my metabolism back and help with my dang post-pregnancy hair loss. I haven't noticed anything with my hair or skin yet but I will edit my review with the results. I do have better energy today, and I'm someone who can sleep over 16 hours straight. I've had no issues with having to rush to the restroom. The peach flavor is almost strong enough to cover the fermented enzyme smell/taste which is kinda like something dead, but its an aftertaste that's not overpowering. For the results I have already had, I can deal with it. And I have not experienced any heartburn or "burning" sensations as some reviewers have mentioned. I do wish for the bottle to last longer, but I'm going to keep using it 3x daily until I'm down 10 pounds. My goal is 40 pounds. A perfect BMI for myself, in my opinion.

Gave only 4 stars coz it was delivered late. But, this taste good , also it has helped me shed 3 lbs in 4 days, it gave me more energy. Skin wise I've noticed a different by the way my hands looks now compared to before. My hands looks more hydrated- less wrinkly. Also gave it a 4 coz I didn't realize in the beginning that it contains fish product, just found out when Istarted coughing and I searched for the ingredients and saw it does contain seafood- I do get sick with seafood. But since it works I just take liquid Benadryl right after taking it, it does help lessen my throat itchiness and cough. You should indicate that this product contains fish byproduct.
