Will this work in rcbs dies?

Yes. I use RCBS and LEE full resizing dies. The Forster Bench Rest Ultra Micrometer seating Die is great. I seat different seating depths for .308 and it is spot on all the time.

Does it have the 9mm option?

Forster does not make any dies for handgun calibers. The only micrometer seater die options would be the Redding Competition Seater. Or take a traditional Redding seater die and then buy micrometer replacement seater plugs.

Has anyone tried using the new Hornady A-Tip?

Yep, works great. I've used a-tips, eld's and sierra com's, and the bullet concentricity run-out is consistently no more than .001-.002 in my set up.

Will this work for berger vld and nosler rdf bullets without damaging the tips?

Your best source of technical guidance is Forster themselves. Phone: (815) 493-6360 But, with the assumption that Forster does not make specialized seating drifts like Hornady, Wilson, or Redding you should be good to go.
