Wow. Really sticky. Does leave sticky film behind after extended ware- take off with oil or lotion. Much stickier than Rock Tape.

This tape is very similar to other KT tape. Stayed on well (approx 6 days) and had no issues with irritation.

the stretch and adhesive work perfectly. The tape lasts 5-7 days with exercise and showers. The client noted sustained pain relief. Ans, as a girly girl, she was pleased with the aesthetics. And more likely to leave the tape in place.

This was my first experience with KT tape and I did NOT like it! I found the tape very difficult to remove -- it hurt very badly and also left sticky residue on my skin.

This kinesiology tape holds up really well during workouts and long days. The support is solid without feeling too stiff, and the elastic stretch moves naturally with you. The reflective design is a nice bonus for outdoor training. Only reason it's not five stars is that cutting the uncut roll can be a little inconvenient when you're in a rush. Otherwise, great quality and definitely does the job.

I like this stretches and is breathable. This tape provides good support for my ankles when I wear my tennis shoes. I walk fast when I go on outdoor walks and like the extra support. Comfortable to wear and easy to use by cutting the length I need. It doesn't irritate my skin either. I also like these are tapes so I do not need anything extra to keep them secure or on.
