I previously purchased a Huusk knife and was extremely satisfied with the purchase. When this set arrived, I knew right away I was going to love these. The weight, the balance, the steel, the polished wood handles and they feel great in my hands. The blades were sharp right out the box. I do a lot of barbequing and need good knives for cutting, trimming and chopping. These were perfect. And on top of everything, they look great, looks professional.

I was skeptical on these knives being a decent quality. They aren’t as expensive as a “quality” set of knives. But to my surprise they came fairly sharp. They will cut right out of the box. Just not as sharp as I like a knife to be. A little time on the whetstone and leather strop and you can shave with them. They are my outdoor cooking knives. They get abused a little more than the wives kitchen knives. They hold an edge pretty well. They have a good weight to them, and a solid handle. Overall pleased with them.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife. Many of the knives we have purchased look good, but are cheap, flimsy or feel underweight. Not these bad boys. These are seriously solid knives. They are heavy, sharp really cool. Unlike other knives, these are so sharp and heavy, they cut through just about anything. My wife is thrilled with them. So much so, she had me send the other knife set back. Her words....why do I need those knives...these do everything!

Very shard and heavy duty knife set. I'm a chef and these won't replace my chef's knife, it's great for butchering and also duloing some heavy prep work in the kitchen.

I love the weight. Nice for various jobs. They are thicker, so don't throw out your nice chef knives. Just an added tool for the kitchen.

Love these knives, sharp, heavy and well just manly. About the negative reviews on rusting. We'll they are carbon steel yes absolutely they will rust if you put them away wet. So take care of the and no rust . I personally like carbon.
