Perfect made-to-measure fridge seal
Really pleased with this item- it was literally made to our measurements for our motorhome fridge, and the seller contacted us for further information after we placed the order to ensure we received the perfect replacement seal. Really good communication, really helpful seller and a good quality replacement seal. Thank you!

Keep your money
To purchase this item was one of my poorest decisions. The packaging put me on alert. The seal was rolled up in a ball & had no fitting instructions. It was virtually impossible to fit (which should have been a simple task). I was so annoyed I binned it & ordered a replacement from Neff which I should have done at the beginning. Not happy & out of pocket. I missed the opportunity to return the item. A lesson learned!! Vincent Roughan

Excellent service thank you so much! I bought a secondhand Smeg fridge/freezer months ago that needed a lot of repairs, including a replacement magnetic seal. It had proven to be very difficult to source the correct seal (Smeg informed me that they don't make spare parts for the particular model anymore). However this was perfect! The seller checked with me that I had provided the correct dimensions and the seal arrived very quickly considering it was custom made. Instructions on installing it were emailed in advance (the hairdryer trick really does work!!!). I'm pleased to say that I now finally have a fully working Smeg fridge/freezer thanks to this :)

Good item
Item was correct size and arrived earlier than expected, when we got it it was folded up and very difficult to get into the door, 3 days later we received a message from the seller telling us how to install the item , would have been better to have instructions on paper with the item , this would have saved us a lot of frustration trying to fit it
