There are pages that describe what sex is, male and female feelings etc. but is is done with cartoons and with language that I feel is age appropriate. Probably wouldn't recommend for younger children who just want to learn about puberty, but definitely good for 10+. There is also a lot of focus on feeling, emotions, body changes etc which I think really helps if kids don't want to keep having discussions about it and it is a lot better than letting them get information from peers or the internet! Informative, detailed but age appropriate for 10+

Walls of text: Great info but could be presented more accessibly.
The book itself has great information but it would benefit by being more accessible for different young people. There are reams and reams of paragraphs, which amount to walls of text. I think the book could benefit from bullet points, white space around key bullet points, and just be presented in a more accessible format for less confident readers/anyone scanning. I didn’t see many diagrams or info presented in a different way. I have a child who has SEN and I think one in five have educational needs. It just might make the book more accessible than having reams and reams of paragraphs.

I like this book because it teaches my daughter how make friends, about her body changes ,how to understand her emotions ,mental and physical health and lots more.Best Christmas present I ever give my daughter.❤️

This book is perfect for my 12 year granddaughter as she begins to navigate the teen years and discover who she really is. Easy to read with short chapters
