I have been using the Frido Arch sports insole for the better part of two months now for my badminton shoe, I play badminton twice a day regularly. I have to say I’m really impressed with this insole, I was sceptical initially with the huge arch which might create problems in my movement on the court but nope, it has actually been the other way. My movements on the court has become better my foot pain which used to be prevalent while playing is gone. This sole is the best for any level of badminton player or any sport for that matter. It is the perfect thickness, very good Value for money, and the perfect fit for any shoe. I would recommend people to even swap put their stock shoe insole and replace it with this, as it not just improves the pain relief it also improves your walking style and also makes your move better on the court. 200% I’m buying these again once my current sole wears out.

Used it for 2 days, seems ok. No problem But for the price I was expecting it to be more comfortable or something special compared to 200 or even 100 Rs insoles. Not worth above 400. And they charged above 600. Not worth it.

Not at all worth

I've tried many insoles before and had a terrible experience with most of them, but this one is a game‑changer. It’s comfortable and surprisingly light—one of the few options in India that offers a rigid arch support with the right arch height. As someone with flat feet who’s prone to shin splints, I’ve found it incredibly helpful both in my running shoes and now in my badminton shoes. The insole doesn’t heat up even after long sessions, which is a huge plus. This is my first purchase, and the durability seems promising—no complaints at all. Highly recommend!
