I’m a total foodie when it comes to coffee, and I’m honestly hard to impress. I’ve tried expensive “clean” and mold-free coffees, single-origin beans from all over, Whole Foods brands, you name it. Some tasted flat, some made me jittery or anxious, and a lot just weren’t worth the price.This Peet’s Organic French Roast genuinely surprised me. The flavor is rich, dark, smooth, slightly chocolatey, and actually full-bodied instead of tasting burnt or bland like a lot of dark roasts do. Is it the greatest coffee I’ve ever had? No. But for the price, it beats several high-end brands I’ve tried that cost almost twice as much.I’m also pretty sensitive to coffee that feels “off,” and this one gave me none of the weird jittery feeling I’ve gotten from other brands. Just a solid, satisfying cup of coffee that actually tastes like coffee should.This hard-to-please person is pleased.

Coffee can get pretty expensive if you drink it regularly! And I’m particular about what kind of coffee I want. This is delicious, dark roasted, and also organic, coffee! It’s great and you get your money’s worth because there are 18 ounces in each package for around $12.00! I buy it all the time!
