Bigger job than expected
It is not a pop and swap job. The way this is secured either calls for working inside the attic --or-- removing a larger bit of ceiling to access the rafters on either side of the new fan because the bracing is above each rafter.

Just installed today. Works fine. Insuffucient time to grade product efficiency. Will be able to fully rate product once it has been functioning during the upcoming hot weather.

Requires knowledge and confidence in construction skills. 8 out of 10 difficulty install.
You need to be VERY handy if you plan to install this. Works great, but the switch only works in the low speed position. Very heavy, and cut/burned myself quite a bit installing it. However, it is nice to not have access the attic to install. You just need to use a stud finder and eyeball the slope of your roof from outside to determine where you will install. Just be warned that you will have a LOT of debris when cutting the whole. But totally cools my house down real quick. So if you are handy, can problem solve, and even use chatgpt, you'll do great.
