What do i pair this speaker with to connect with bluetooth devices?

These speakers do not have bluetooth. You would need to wire these up to an amplifier with speaker cables. That amplifier could have bluetooth built in, or you could use a separate bluetooth receiver hooked up to the amplifier.

Are the brackets replaceable? Are they steel? Doesn't look like they will last at a beach house

They are Metal, but I guess you could make your own stainless Steel Brackets if you are close to the Beach.

Amplifier recommendation?

Depends on what you like to do with these. Any old 100W/channel Amp will drive it. I used a second Zone on a Surround Sound Amp for a customer.
