Don't recommend. Left on for 1 hr. Doesn't work on gray hair!

I regularly use a different brand of liquid henna, and I wanted to see if this one lasted longer. It almost completely washed out of my hair with the first shampoo, and I'm hardly an amateur when it comes to using colors and hennas. What I will say is that I didn't want it to go to waste, so I found a way to repurpose it. When it was time to freshen up my color between dye jobs, I mixed some of this with my conditioner, wrapped my head with cling wrap, and left it in for about 20 mins - it worked beautifully for freshening up the red between coloring.

I have 50 percent grey at my roots on the crown of my head and then sparse grey throughout naturally. Yes, its skunk like. I'm sick of caramel highlights from the salon as it looks overly processed. This product is natural looking! It lasts longer on my dark brown hair than on the crown, so I touched up with a darker brown color in the resistant grey areas. The subtle red throughout is rich and deep not bright. Left my very thick and coarse hair feeling soft , The smell of the product was not pleasant but that easily washes away. Four star, I'm buying again.

Misleading title: this is NOT a henna cream. And it is done intentionally: I tried to find information about the contents, but it's not given anywhere, not even on the packaging. When you open there is a strong chemical smell and according the instructions you should keep it on only 30-40 mins. Henna you need to keep a few hours. Results: I have a red forehead now, but my hair is pretty much the same colour. Waste of time and money!
