Very Stable and built to last
Decided to buy the 6 step and I’m glad I did . My Ceiling are 10 ft and I am 5’8” and I can easily reach to top on step 5, step 6 is really nice because I can even get closer for better leverage and step 6 is longer so it feel very stable and comfortable. The top handle is nice for balance. I wasn’t sure if I would need or use hand rails but I did and was it nice. Wife and I are almost 70 and climbing up a ladder to change bulbs or hang decorations are made both easy and SAFE!! I have a 3 step from Costco and it’s great for small projects. I had a Little Giant it was great ladder but so heavy i did not use. This ladder is perfect. I highly recommend. Also this one is made of steel, it’s a little heavier in weight, but doesn’t dent like the lighter aluminum ones. The handle screws attach to ladder with 2 1/2 “ sheet metal bolts, making them very stable. Weight wise it’s a little heavy but not unmanageable

Great step ladder for tall spaces.
Sturdy, easy to assemble, and great for our tall ceilings, windows, and doors. We have 10' ceilings with recessed lighting, so this makes changing lightbulbs, hanging curtains, hanging shelves, and everything else that requires a long reach a breeze. The railings are nice to stay steady when using the upper steps. It folds up very easily and with large, intuitive mechanisms, locking and unlocking really quickly. The only nitpicky suggestion I would have is the addition of a carry handle or grip at the center of gravity. This can be a pain to move around inside a house because it is so long. That will be an issue with any ladder this size though, so it is certainly a 5 star product that I would recommend.

Just what I was looking for with the handrails
The step ladder came yesterday and was packaged in a large box and most flatter was assembled already except for the tool rack and a couple of other areas where they are needed to be some screws put in. Everything was nicely wrapped and carefully presented and came with instructions and I would recommend this to anyone . A good well-made sturdy step ladder, especially for us older folks who need a little bit more steadying on them. Will be around for a long time.

The discomfort and the instability I was getting on my feet from a tradicional ladder was a huge problem for me. It was a joy finding this ladder! The step ladder is the best especially for big people and those getting up there in age. The sure footing it offers makes any project more enjoyable. Really takes the stress off of my ankles and bottom on my feet which was causing me a lot of pain with a tradicional ladder. Not to mention the stability not only the ladder gives me but also the handrails! The four stars are for the one missing screw which I had to replace and the instructions are terrible! If you are not handy with putting things together, have someone who is put this together for you. You do not want to be high up there and find out you placed a screw in the wrong manner! Also, this ladder is perfect for DIYers. It is not a pro-rated construction ladder. If you're like me in need of a ladder a half of dozen times a year, this is perfect. If you own a construction company, this is not for you. Make sure when you first step on it, lightly move it from side to side, back and forth just to be sure the legs and the A-frame are set firmly, then up you go! Good value for $135 bucks!

Best ladder
Bought this to replace my old closet ladder. This one is so much better. Not scary at all. Super sturdy. If you are scared of heights like me. This is the one you want to buy. I put it together my little ole self.

"Very" safe, wide steps
Heavy duty, the top piece and side pieces to hold on to had to be put on. Even had extra screws for that. Wished I had this year's ago! I'm in 70s and feel so safe on this!

GREAT TALL LADDER
Great ladder, feels sturdy and the handle rails are a nice feature if you put them on. The size is the main reason I bought it and it's perfect for reaching my attic.

The step broke!
Bummer! The top step either was delivered with a crack on both the left and right side or the one and only time I climbed the ladder to check it out, it cracked. Either way, this is a bummer! I was looking forward to having a nice large step. I agree with others that the support beams seem lacking in strength and stability, although I did not get to test it out since I returned the ladder two days after I received it and found the top step cracked. I wish the manufacturer made the steps more sturdy or ran a metal beam thru the center of each step for added strength.
