Use these for meditation and they work beautifully for that purpose. All three scents are subtle rather than overpowering. Lily of the Valley is the standout, lovely floral scent. Frankincense & Myrrh comes second, and Spikenard is the mildest of the three. Usually work with single oils and create personal blends, so this set is a slight change but still enjoyable. Packaging is really cute, would also make a great gift. Good set overall
