When I bought this, I was desperate. I'm 2 weeks away from my 3rd trimester and I have pretty much a toddler. My kid is literally the energizer bunny. I was actually able to lay there without spastic jolts from my legs and instead a surreal calmness that almost felt off putting since I hadn't felt it in so long. This stuff is amazing and I am so glad I found it. It's probably saving my sleep for the rest of my pregnancy. If your struggling with muscle tension, just give it try.
