Wonderful product. I have been taking it for almost 2 years now. I have a very stressful job which caused me to loose my hair (yes stress does that to you) . This supplement has reduced the hair loss significantly, to just a few a day, not hand fulls like before.

Halfway through my bottle, and I feel like they are beneficial! My energy levels are higher when I do remember to take them! And actually my face ache has improved also! It does have the liver smell, and I’m not a fan but most of them do anyways. It’s just worse while being pregnant. I break up and do 3 in the am breakfast then 3 more at lunch and it works out great for me that way! Good brand for the cost!
