I've been wanting to get a better cage for my birds but cages can be very expensive! I was alittle worried the cage might been too narrow for my Lovebirds but it's not, and its tall enough for them to have plenty of perches and toys! My birds are timid and would always hide under the paper in their old cage if they were scared and sometimes sleep that way. Hopefully with this cage they can get out of that habit and feel more secured. this cage came pretty fast for me, so I didnt have any issues with packaging. It was easy to put together, just have patience and maybe an extra hand if your're having trouble. If you get a cage bent from the mail, it's very fixable with some pliers. I had to use it but honestly didnt mind because it's not difficult and it's not like I paid for some super thick ironcast cage. That being said, it's way stronger than a typical smaller cage that you can get for cheaper. The wheels work well, the food bowls are cool, the lock is fine. Its strong and secure for my birds. Overall for me it was a good investment. I think the one perch included is fine, your bird needs different types of perches anyways!!

This cage is very sturdy, and quite easy to assemble. A very nice cage all around. The only thing that I didn't really like was the perch included was very cheap "wood" and I wouldn't use it for my bird. The pull out drawer makes for very easy cleaning which is a plus. All in all, a very good cage for small birds like budgies, conures, finches or canaries. If you're looking for a nice starter cage, I defiantly recommend this! Well worth the price. I love it.

The cage itself is nice for us to look at. However for the bird living inside it’s quite small. You can really only have a VERY small bird like a parakeet or a finch living in this. Any other bird would not be able to fly in here and it would just be miserable.. The seed catcher does not catch the seeds. The covers where the birdseed bowls go aren’t large enough to help Keep the seeds from shooting over. When the seeds fall to the bottom the seed catcher does not catch them. It goes through the odd bars that they have where the seed tray is. The bars let the seeds fall out on the floor anyhow. Lastly I never understand why birdcages don’t have perches directly in front of the bowl’s so that the birds can perch there and poop on the floor and not in the water bowl directly next to it which they will do if the perch is only in the middle between the two bowls. You will need to put a perch in front of the two bowls in my opinion so they can eat more comfortably. Unfortunately I missed the return window. This cage did not work for our bird it was just to small. I’m giving 3 stars because the paint job is very nice it’s well made. It’s just toooo small for most birds advertised to fit inside and the seed catcher and weird tray area drops seed everywhere.

This cage sells for far more in the stores. Quality is great. Arrived in great shape and it wasn’t too horrible to put together. Great size for one or two cockatiels (or one smaller parrot). Bar spacing is good for them.
