My hairstylist was touched.
I bought this back in January after my hairstylist as a Japanese immigrant recently lost her mother. She had a return to Japan for a while to help out with the arrangements, so my mom and I made the decision to get her a kōden to send her our condolences.I followed online the instructions on how to handle this and did the best I could as well as going as far as giving her crumpled up money since it is tradition in Japan to make sure the builds are old or worn out or crumbled instead of newer bills.I just heard from her today since she’s finally back in the country and she was deeply touched that I went that far for her. She even asked me where I got it.So I can say I do recommend this!

Simple respect beautifully displayed
