A beautiful and functional product with excellent customer service

I want to say that the customer service is scond to none. Prompt, Courteuos and patience. The product is functional and does what it says. For a family BBQ, it is ideal. Its output power is actually 3000W, unfortunately the label says 2400W. A slight error there. Overall a beautiful BBQ set. Good value for money. I am totally happy with it and would recommend it to others.
