Flavorful, Gut-Friendly Chili Crisp, Bold Taste with Functional Benefits
I picked up this chili crisp to add serious flavor to meals while also supporting digestion, and it delivers on both fronts. Flavor & heat: This chili crisp packs a bold, savory profile with a satisfying heat level that’s not overpowering. It hits with rich umami, crunchy texture, and balanced spice — perfect on eggs, noodles, grilled meats, or rice. Gut-healthy angle: The formulation includes ingredients aimed at supporting gut health, and it doesn’t rely on artificial additives or overly processed components. The blend feels intentional rather than gimmicky. Texture: Crunchy chilies and flavorful oil come together in a way that elevates dishes, adding both heat and texture. It’s one of the better chili crisps I’ve used for mouthfeel, not just flavor. Versatility: Excellent on everything from breakfast to dinner. I’ve used it on stir-fries, sandwiches, and even as a finishing drizzle on roasted vegetables — it enhances depth without overwhelming. Things to consider: Heat seekers may want to pair it with cooling or fatty foods to balance spice. If you prefer milder condiments, this might be a bit punchy. Overall: A standout chili crisp with real flavor and functional elements. Great for anyone who loves bold, crunchy heat and wants a gut-friendly option.

Love this chili oil
If you’re looking to level up from the mild version, Redbloom’s Medium chili oil hits that perfect "sweet spot" of heat. It delivers a noticeable, tingling spiciness that lingers just long enough without being overwhelming, giving your meals a vibrant kick that feels balanced rather than aggressive. The consistency is beautifully textured with plenty of crunchy bits, and since it’s crafted with high-quality avocado oil, it’s incredibly versatile. I love drizzling it over everything from avocado toast to hearty grain bowls. It’s excellent value for money considering the premium ingredients, and the best part is that it’s formulated to be gut-friendly, so you get all that bold, savory heat without any of the usual digestive drama. It's a fantastic, flavorful choice for anyone who wants a bit more fire while keeping their gut health a priority!

Delicious Sichuan Flavor!
I’ve tried a lot of chili crunch oils over the years, and I honestly didn’t expect to switch brands, but RedBloom completely changed that for me. The flavor is just on another level. It actually tastes like real Sichuan chili oil, not overly sweet or overly smoky like some of the more popular options out there. The taste builds nicely without taking over the dish. It enhances whatever you put it on rather than masking it. I’ve been reaching for it constantly, eggs, rice bowls, noodles, and at this point I don’t even keep my old go to brands around anymore. If you’re looking for something that feels more authentic and thoughtfully made, this one is absolutely worth trying.

Try at your own risk
Well, It says gut healthy. But for some, it is not. I broke a two day fast with two fried eggs, and drizzled this chili crisp over my eggs. The peppers seeds are extremely firm with a coating, like glass, . Had the eggs with chili crisp on Monday November 17th, and Tuesday I had pain on my lower left side. Wednesday was worse, Thursday was unbearable !!! Went to urgent care Thursday morning, they touched the lower left area of the stomach and lets just say they knew I was in pain. Off to the ER . Turns out that one of those glass like seeds got stuck in my colon, and gave me Diverticulitis. VERY PAINFULL !! I'm on a 10 day course of antibiotics to clear this up...it's horrible. The flavor was good, so I MIGHT just remove the seeds and keep the oil. I'm sure it's fine for most people, just not me.

good idea, a few kinks to work out
well, the taste is good and the reason I chose this is because it uses healthy oils. HOwever, just opening it the first time, it spilled that red oil everywhere and no matter how I clean the jar and lid, there is always a red oil ring on the botton and the sides of the jar are oily.

Good but not CRISP
Flavor was really good but i can't really call it chili "crisp" because there is no crisp to it at all, it's just like wet spices. I'd probably still buy it again.

Best chili oil in market
I tried this oil and it tastes literally really similar to the one I had before but only healthier. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a healthy alternative to regular seeded oil.
