Don't let the price scare you, this is special
This is not just EVOO. It is early harvest EVOO, picked and processed in late October or early November. The olives at that time are small and very green and you'll find the flavor striking. I take a tablespoon of olive oil every morning, because it's just a smart thing to do. And with this oil it's a lovely experience.
