Easy setup, works great
Added this to an existing mesh system. Setup was a breeze and so far is doing a great job.

This unit is such a great value. Fast, stable, easy to configure VPN connections for the network. Excellent buy for us!

Openwrt support.
This device has hardware very similar to "official" Openwrt one router. So, my advice is to flash openwrt immediately (which I did) and enjoy a stable and trouble free operation. Just flash the intermediate openwrt image from Cudy website (don't leave it, as its not trustworthy), and right after that upgrade to official openwrt image from the official website. Performance is just fine. In my area, I am unable to use 160MHz channels, so the speed is limited to 1.2Gbps, which is fine. Also tested 2.5 gigabit on the wan interface and it works as advertised at 2.5 gbit/s speed.

Attractive mesh system
Attractive device with great potential. Unfortunately kicked my smart thermostat and printer off the system and did not help connect to my WiFi pool timer so I could use the internet and not just blue tooth so I had to return it. Bright side Amazon refunded me the full price.
