White Truffle Oil - Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Cooking & Seasoning - 250 ml

Fantastic flavour, not too strong or weak - perfectly balanced (for my palette anyway), used to make truffle & parm chips and they were delicious!

Smells amazing

This is a very lovely-flavoured oil! I can smell the Truffle! I poured it on roasted pork with some Maldon Salt. Amazing! I poured it on tofu with some Maldon salt. Wow! It converts a simple dish into a very nice one! Although it is a bit expensive, it is worth it! Highly recommended!

What an intense wonderful flavour! I needed to dilute it with good quality olive oil as it was so strong so even better value!

The order arrived promptly, and the "unboxing" experience was not far short of the "Apple" experience: if you've ever bought an iPad, you'll know what I mean. A beautifully stout, custom-designed cardboard box, with compartments for up to three bottles of oil. I had only ordered one bottle, and this occupied the centre compartment, in its own, elegant black cardboard inner box. Lifting it out, I opened the inner box to reveal a tall, elegant bottle of white truffle oil. Snipping the plastic capsule around the "cork" (a plastic stopper), I removed the latter, and put a couple of drops of the oil into a spoon to taste. WOW - the smell of truffle was overwhelming, and when I tasted the oil, it was so concentrated it almost knocked me backwards. All I can say is "super concentrated" means what it says, and this is stuff to use by the drop, making the investment fantastic value for money. More to the point, 5 minutes later, 10, 15 ... I still had this wonderful taste of truffle in my mouth. I just LOVE this stuff, and WILL be back for more!

I've been searching for the best truffle oil I could find and this is the best I've managed to get my hands on for quite a considerable time, quality for price ratio is extraordinary too! Lovely bottle, very well packaged and delivered quickly even on standard delivery. The aroma is fantastic and the taste concentration pretty much spot on; indescribably unique truffle buttery flavour; subtle but aromatic. Works wonderfully drizzled on pasta plain or mixed in with crab, prawns or lobster with some stock and double cream and parsley etc. I haven't tried it with steak as someone had mentioned but will give that a go, drizzled on afterwards, I imagine you'd ruin the flavour trying to cook with this oil. Highly recommended.

I drizzle this over fries and omelettes. Tastes pretty good for just a small quantity unlike another brand I bought at a cheaper price. Will buy again
