Great iron
Really good iron, easy on stomach even when taken on empty one. Very helpful for those with low ferritin, highly recommend as it’s actually life changing product!

Unbearable Taste
I can only eat these by eating something straight after. The taste is not nice. I dread taking them. UPDATE - the company actively reached out to me on the back of my original review amd sorted a resolution. Great customer service !!

Great for IBS sufferers
I was taking ferrous fumerate prviously and it was awful on my stomach. I read about this iron on groups and started taking them everyday and I have no digestive issues at all. Hopefully my ferritin is going up as well.
