I searched a while for a face mask that offers 7 colors as well as NIR at a good price point. So far I am very happy with my purchase. The mask is comfortable and very easy to use. I purchased an eye cover to use with the mask, but the eye cushions are very good at blocking the LED on its own. It’s packaged well and comes with a carrying case for travel. I would purchase this item again.

I was so excited to use this product but unfortunately it has been a horrible purchase. The product only worked for one charge. Once the charge was out I attempted to recharge and it has not worked. No matter how long I let it charge it will start up and with in a few seconds turn off. I am very disappointed with this product and do not recommend purchasing. UPDATE: Customer service has been in contact with me and we figured out that I wasn't able to charge my device because a portion from the charging cord was missing. The company has since sent me out a new device and the second one is working perfectly. I have also been able to charge the first device as well now. I will say customer service has been excellent and so helpful with this matter. I have changed my review from one star to four. I would give a five but I haven't seen any major results to my face since using the product but I will keep at it and check back later if I do start to notice a difference. I will add that the mask is so comfortable to wear. I love the eye inserts.

De masker kwam veel sneller aan. De kwaliteit is goed. Ik zie na een paar maanden nog geen verschil met mijn gezichtshuid.. Het werkt wel therapeutisch voor mij.. En ik hoop dat het ook na 1 jaar zichtbare resultaten zal leveren..
