I purchased this 14 months ago with little use until recently. My kid was pretty hard on the latches and they broke off and were lost at school. I contacted Fimibuke support to see if i could order new latches. With very quick responses, they sent a new lunch box to me free of charge. Pretty cool, and thank you fimibuke!

Love the design. Quality seemed good at first. But upon arrival, there seal to the thermos was weird. Customer was super great and sent a new one, just not this design. After a few uses the tabs that hold the box closed broke. Now onto a month of use and the zipper to the lunch box sticks pretty good.

Granddaughter loves the backpack. Very roomy

Everything is good except the clip on the bento box itself has already broken about a month into using it. The rubber piece attached to the top of the inside of the lid does have a tendency to come off. I’ve had to switch to a different bento already, the bag and the ice pack and the thermos are still in good condition and I still use those.

My 2 year old loves his bento box for lunch at daycare! It's so easy to clean the lunch box. The compartments are a great size for many meals. The thermos keeps his food plenty warm until his lunch (not pictured). So far we have had no leaks and the food stays separated well!

this is a great product. My little one loves it.I bought one for my seven year old and one for my eleven year old and they both have exppressed how great they are. they are very sturdy and has room for lunch and snacks.We have to take a rode trip to say a final farewell to a loved one and to save time and money we will be packing luches for the road. Very handy products. love them.
