Blades are very sharp and saves me a bunch of cutting time when wanting thin sliced meat for certain dishes. Very easy to use and works well

I love kitchen 'gadgets', and this one is up there in the top echelon of what's in my drawer! This thing is easy to operate, and does an awesome job. One word of caution. The blades are seriously sharp! I've allowed my finger to actually touch the sharp side twice now - no pressure, just a touch - and I've bled both times.It gets the job done in record time.

It's good. Only works on chicken

I don't know how this thing is on the market. It works well if the meat is 1/4 frozen, not all the way thawed as recommended. The problem is that it's the most dangerous contraption in my home. I'm scared of it. I sliced my finger open using it 10 days ago and I am still tending to the wound. When I look at my wound, I feel quesy. I think I should have gotten stitches from the wound it caused. No sane company would make a contraption like this unless they are sociopaths. If you buy this thing, get the model with the handle. If you don't get the one with the handle then be prepared to unintentionally slice a finger off. Good luck!

Love it, works great! So easy to use, meat cuts are nice and thin. Blade is very sharp, saves a lot of time.

Much much easier to slice meat. But only for fresh or unfrozen meat. As the manual says, not recommended to dry in dishwasher. Wash is okay I think.
