I'm fairly new to keto and I needed a cheat day. The craving for Oreos was not going away. So I took the carb blocker and instant keto, hoping to minimize the damage. I ate a bunch of oreos and had a fried chicken sammich with fries and did NOT get knocked out of ketosis. Amazing! I used the pee strips to monitor myself that night and throughout the next couple of days and I was still in ketosis! Now, that's not to say I didn't gain a bit of weight (there may also have been another serving of fries and a hotdog with the bun, all in about a 24hr period). But it didn't knock me out and I was able to get right back on track.Yes, I get it...that's not what this is really for.... But I can't be the only one who needs a cheat day every once in a while and it's nice to know there are things out there to help me get back on track.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to mention how well this product is working for me. I've only been using it for about 4 days, but I noticed an immediate decrease in my cravings and appetite. I'm not doing Keto in the true sense of extremely low carbs. I am just following a low carb (45 or less) and low calorie nutrition plan. I found it difficult to stick to due to strong cravings. That all changed with this product. Cravings are gone and appetite greatly reduced. I feel confident that I'll finally succeed in meeting my weight loss goals.Clearly it hasn't been long enough to speak to whether it is blocking carbs, but honestly since my appetite is reduced I'm not even consuming my daily limit of 45 carbs. I don't eat processed foods, consume sugar, and have cut alcohol.

Just like anything else, there is no magic pill to lose weight. This one is not a magic pill either. At least not for me. But I feel like I’m getting more nutrients from the white bean ingredient than I ever have, Because I do not eat beans!

I have been on the Keto diet for about a year now and have the occasion "cheat" meal. I bought this product and used it over the weekend. I had very small "cheat" meals. i tested my ketones levels before my cheat meal, i was in deep purple.. i took the pills, had ONE slice of pizza. The next check using the strips, i was kicked out of Ketosis. This happened all weekend. Waste of money for me. I dont know how long you need to use this product before you see results but from readying the reviews on here, it sounded like it's an instant work... maybe not for me. I will be returning these pills

I take these carb blockers everyday. I can tell you that at the end of the week, I've gotten really good with looking at what I've consumed and how much more weight I should be if I've slipped in my diet and I can tell you these pills help me keep a few pounds off here and there. There have been times I think to myself, "I should weigh about 5-7 pounds more," but then I just end up weighing the same or 2-3 pounds more instead. These pills have been helping me a lot. I've looked over similar products and feel that these are some of the best for pill count against cost of the bottle. You're getting a good deal with these pills.

I like that the directions say you can take in the morning with or without meal. It seems to cover you for the whole day. Other brands say to take with meals. I do watch my carb intake, but some meals I dont.

I have been taking it slow on my work outs the past 4 weeks due to having surgery. Normally I am very intense with my work outs and that is how I stay fit and toned. I discovered this carb blocker and fell in love. I have actually lost weight and gotten down to the size I have been trying to get to. I feel like when I eat carbs they are quicker to come out of my body while taking the carb blocker and its helping me lose weight and I still feel energetic and it does not make me feel weird from taking them either. I would highly recommend it.

Great product! I had been using a carb blocker consistently for a few months (Keto Cheat). It was time to refill it so I thought idshop around a little. I was excited about the ingredients in these ones to them find out it's exactly what was in the others I was using but a larger quantity for less money! So then I just felt silly for not shopping around prior. Lol Do they work? I like to think so! Do I have proof? Not really. I do know I can take them on days I push it with my carb intake and still stay in ketosis though and that's what matters to me.
