Wish I Had Switched Sooner!
When I first started exclusively pumping, everyone told me I had to get the Spectra. While it worked well, I found it bulky and difficult to be truly mobile. I only used it as my primary pump for about a month before deciding to give the BabyBuddha a try. I’m so glad I made the switch. The BabyBuddha has been my primary pump ever since. It’s lightweight, compact, and makes it so much easier to pump while still going about my day. As a new mom, being able to move around instead of being tied to one spot has made a huge difference. I was a little nervous after hearing how strong the suction was, but once I found the settings that worked for me, it became incredibly comfortable and efficient. I haven’t noticed any drop in output compared to my larger pump, and the convenience alone makes it worth it. If you’re debating between a traditional pump and something more portable, don’t overlook the BabyBuddha. I wish I had made the switch sooner. These pair well with the Momcozy wearable cups from the V1/V2 pump (you can buy the cups separately from the pump)

Small but mighty!
Ok, I see why this pump is TOO powerful for some people! Note, I am an exclusive pumper plus one nurse to sleep at night. I was using my blue spectra at almost max settings for 99% of my pumps. I use this pump on the lower settings and still feel like it’s stronger. I was already producing about 55 ounces a day and in one day I already got 5 more ounces (this is with the BB cups) because this pump fully empties me. This pump is a little louder than my spectra and my m5 wearables but I don’t mind at all since it’s effective. I still need the full 30 minutes per pump but I’ve checked after 20 minutes and it’s been close. My slacker boob might even be starting to put more work in. I love the size of it for middle of the night and travel. It’s nice not lugging around a big spectra and doesn’t take up my whole nightstand! Bonus it’s the same charger as my phone, so easy car charging and one less thing to bring with me. I do miss the light on the Spectra at night, and think that would’ve been an awesome feature for the 2.0 so I could center my flanges without turning on the lights or using my phone for my MOTN pump. Overall it’s easy to use, the small size is amazing, battery life is great and the pump is powerful. Definitely my new go to pump!

Finally a pump that works for me!
This pump has been a game changer for our breastfeeding journey! My baby was diagnosed failure to thrive and I've been working so hard to build up my dwindling milk supply. I tried the motif Luna I got free from insurance, but barely got anything. Same with my decade old spectra, even though all the lactation consultants and friends said it was the gold standard. Plus, I've got 9 kids and I'm super busy and sitting at a pump all the time made my mind crazy. I had an old Imani wearable pump from Legendairy Milk and started using that because it allowed me to move around and not mentally go crazy. My supply still wasn't great, but it was doable to help supplement the donor milk my baby was on. I compared it several times to the spectra output and the Imani always won, so i don't believe EVERYONE will always respond better to a plug in wall pump, despite what everyone says. I knew my Imani was on its last leg though and needed a replacement. I tried a momcozy v1 pro but i also barely got any with that, and after trialing it for 2 days and watching my already minimal ml go down, i gave up on that one. While in the hospital with my baby, i started researching breast pumps on chatgpt. Given our situation and how i responded better to the Imani than the spectra or momcozy, it recommended i try this pump since it has the "power of a wall pump but the convenience of a wearable." I already had the collection cups, so once i figured out how to get all hooked up, it hasn't been too bad. It's strong enough that it's helped increase my supply closer to what my baby needs. It's small enough that, when used with the hands free collection cups (I have the ones from Legendairy Milk), it's super portable and I stay hooked up most of the time while I go about my life in the house or car. I do hate the tubes, but I've mostly figured out how to tuck them in my clothes so they're not in the way. We're working on getting my baby back from bottles to the breast, so I'm parallel pumping (baby nursing with a SNS syringe full of supplement and pump attached to the other side at the same time) and it's tricky with all the gadgets and hook ups, but I'm so determined (or stubborn! 😂), we make it work. My supply is increasing and I'm finally making about half of what my baby needs now, which i didn't think would be possible when I used to only get drops with the other pumps. This one IS strong, but I've nursed a lot of babies and I'm 41, so I think my body just needs that kind of strength now. So, 4 amazing stars for the effectiveness, strength, portability, and simplicity of this pump. I'm taking off a star because the tubes irritate me and the battery life is horrible. If I'm not using it, it basically has to be charging at all times. The plus side is, it will continue working while charging, so I often just stay hooked up to the charger while driving, but that's just one more thing to be hooked up to! Overall, I'm completely happy with this purchase!

Wish I Found Sooner
This is the best pump I have ever used. I also own a spectra, elvie stride and eufy. This BabyBuddha can literally get me 8 oz in a matter of 15 mins. Whereas with my spectra I would have to pump for 30 mins to get at least 3-4 oz. I wish I had this as my first pump. It's very convenient because you can carry it around easily and isn't bulky. The suction is extremely strong. I don't care for the flanges that come with it as they're not my size and I find inserts don't work as well as the correct size flange.

Used / not correct model - buyer beware
Beware, the product shipped was not the Baby Buddah 2.0. It was the original baby buddah with the rollerball for the directional pad. Also, the package was not sealed and could have been tampered with, all the bags to the flanges, pump tubing bottles etc. were ripped open and item looked used. I ended up buying from baby buddah a regular website and received correct product WITH easy fit flange kit for same price 1-3 day shipping. I used a 10% off discount code from instagram. Review of correct product bought from the website site: The baby buddah 2.0 itself is great. Compared to my spectra, Medela symphony, eufy s1 pro, and Momcozy air1, it’s one of my favorite. Symphony takes the cake though, but is not portable. This motor is much like the symphony to me. I do like the 2.0 better as it has easier directional pad and a gentle suction mode that you won’t get with the original model. The 2.0 with easy fit flange kit is great since flanges are removeable and can be replaced with maymom pano flanges or other customized flange for your preference. It also comes with flange inserts when ordering from the website directly. Overall: great pump, be careful buying off amazon. Go check out deals at baby buddah direct website. There are a ton of discount codes on instagram too.
