Is this a set of 2 or just one single seat cover?

This listing is for a single seat cover. The listing for the 2 seat set is included below. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N20O8QU

I have heated cloth seats will the cover harm the seat?

That is a good question. You would expect seats to be able to tolerate direct sunlight on a summer day with an outside ambient temperature of 100 degrees f. I would measure the temperature of the seats on a cool day at the lowest ambient outside temperature that you would employ the heated feature. Then measure the maximum temperature of the seat. After putting the cover on, repeat the conditions & measure the seat & seat cover heat. If it's significantly higher than without the cover & if it is significanty higher than the seat temperature on a 100 degree f outside ambient temperature day directly after exposure to direct sunlight for 1 hour, then I would not employ the cover.

Will this fit in my 2017 Ford Escape?

Yes, this seat cover will fit your vehicle. It is designed to be a universal fit and will surely fit.

I have a subaru forester; what size to buy? Also, can you use these on leather car seats

This should fit your Forester. You can measure to be sure before purchasing; the size is 46.5 x 21.5 inches. There is only one size for this seat cover, which can be used on leather car seats.
