Amazing product
After taking 10 billion CFU daily for a month I have the following benefits (I also take caprylic acid separately) 1.) No more brain fog 2.) Wake up feeling fresh, not tired 3.) Body odour has stopped. I don't need to use deo. 4.) The taste in my mouth is clean now 5.) Digestion has not changed, still good I have also stopped eating sugar completely to starve the candida and I eat very little carbohydrates
