be careful
This product gave me heart palpitations within two days, reaching 120 bpm at rest. So be careful taking this if you are not diabetic. Consult a physician.

Took awhile to see results. However, with natural products it does not work within days. I started using this product then went to liquid. I decided to come back to this as one it is easier to take and two I believe it works better because it is Dihdroberberine. I six months my belly fat has decreased minimally and I can not sit and cross my legs. I do use this in conjuction with Ceylon cinnamon, and Gymnema Sylvestre.

Just started to use , no side effects, hopefully 🤞 the blood work will show an improvement in 3 months

Heard about this tried it. It's has less side effects than berberine on its own. Less nausea. Take 15 minutes before meals longer then you start feeling slightly lightheaded.
