Another I use off-label, but it gets it done!
I keep this in my wound kit (along with Anbesol liquid) for field-sutures when injectable Lidocaine isn’t available or time is critical. Again, it’s crude, but helps make field-sutures bearable (And they’re not watching you do it! You know exactly how that works!), fragments and fibers can be properly dealt with later! STOP the bleeding, package and transport!

Not that effective
Got this for neuropathy pain. It helps a little but the numbing effect is very minor. Honestly Lidocaine works just a little better if you can find a maximum strength version. Tattoo numbing gel is the best I’ve tried. This might be ok for sore muscles
